Jonathan Weiner was born in 1976, in the suburbs of New York City. He and his identical twin brother were raised up and down the east coast of the United States. After graduating RISD in 1998, Viner moved to Brooklyn, NY and broke into the illustration world with several freelance gigs for the Village Voice.
