We want the future back: Created in 1970 by engineer Jean Pierre Ponthieu (below we presume) the "Automodule" was equipped with a two-stroke scooter engine, a hydraulic transmission and suspension that could change the height of the wonderfully odd little vehicle. Where the Automodule is now remains a mystery.

I wonder if this is the guy who developed the Citron suspension that allowed it adjust one wheel off the ground in case of a flat tire? Then you can drive the car to the nearest service station.
