I MUST object to your characterisation of Mr. Vetter having fought against the wind and "won"!
As you know, I have owned two of his "Mystery Ship" motorcycles (#2 & #7) and advise you carefully consider the vehicle in question in profile and you will note it's similarities to a wing.
These motorcycles are lovely, but by 126 mph the lift from the fairing won't allow the front wheel to touch the ground!
