The innovative 1980 Suzuki Katana's bold design's origin did not come from within Japan but in fact came from Germany's Target Design who created this amazing MV Agusta based concept for Motorrad Magazine "motorcycle of the future" competition. Three months later Target Design and Suzuki teamed up showed and the first Suzuki Katana protoype at the motorcycle exhibition in Cologne in 1980.
