The wayward pedaler.

Via: Bike Portland

"This wayward pedaler on the streets of Northeast Portland, he owner builder claims to have ridden all over the U.S. and down to Mexico. His design was inspired by the moon rovers and the moon landing vehicle, the super structure and the shiny panels. The interior is comfy, and has a map holder and lots of neat nooks and crannies to store stuff, including a proper bed.
Sadly, the bike/home was later destroyed during a theft attempt, but the builder has plans to re-build."

It wasn't a theft attempt - he trashed it himself for various reasons, not least so he could build a new one.

However, he then rebuilt it better (and slightly bigger)

And seems much happier with life in general.
