I definitely have mixed feelings about this. I think of speedway bikes as the minimal essence of a motorcycle, just a simple engine, frame, and wheels, no brakes, no gears, no rear suspension. Covering it up in plastic like a roadracer denies the basicness of the bike. On the other hand speedway is in many respects the most professional form of motorcycle racing, and the ultimate purpose of the fairing is to sell ad space so they can make money, and keep racing.
